Job Descriptions:Responsibilities :
- Handle and maintain petty cash, expenses, and reimbursement
- Collecting Withholding Tax Evidence (Bukti Potong Pph 23) from Clients regularly
- Manage subcontractors'/ vendors' invoices and prepare Request Payment
- Responsible for taxi vouchers distribution, monitoring of voucher use/assigned vouchers weekly
- Responsible for contact list update
- Maintain conference call account and usage
- Process data entry, operate computer system and compile excel data
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any background, preferable secretarial/ administration/ finance/ accounting
- Able to work multitasking with tight deadline and have an excellent time management
- Excellent in Ms. Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Adequate verbal and written English skills
