Task & Responsibilities• Prepare, verify and maintain employee database & attendance.• Calculate & execute monthly, yearly data of payroll, tax, BPJS and incentive for employees.• Conduct annual review for compensation & benefit structure.• Preparing any related reports.Qualifications• Min. bachelor's degree majoring in finance / accounting / tax.• Min. 2-3 years working experience in the related field.• Good skill in tax calculation.• Good analytical thinking, good initiative and willing to learn.• Min. intermediate skill in Ms. Excel (pivot table, lookup, if, etc.) is a must.
