- Operate and control data hris system
- Payroll administration
- Control and make employee attendance report (monthly),
- Control and make employee leave, sick leave and medical claim report (monthly)
- Control employee status to update contract (monthly)
- Setting employee business trip (ticketing) and control data based on rules
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Required skill(s):
- able to operate Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivotable)
- good in administrations
- understand about UU Ketenagakerjaan
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Komplek Duta Merlin Blok C 6-7,Jl. Gajah Mada 3-5.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
