We are currently looking to extend those expertises into the Indonesian market.

Rich Products Corporation is a Multi-National Corporation (MNC) with over 11,0000 associates worldwide and is a leading supplier in the food service, in-store bakery, retail and industrial marketplaces.   We specialise in the manufacturing of an extensive array of delicious products to satisfy the appetite of customers in more than 100 countries and six continents.  We are currently looking to extend those expertises into the Indonesian market.   Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will have overall responsibility in running the plant office and providing effective administration and office support.  This will be an exciting challenge for you and will open opportunity to accelerate your own career.  Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  
  • To provide administrative support to Plant Manager
  • General administrative and office duties/meeting arrangements including catering arrangements
  • Process accounts payables/receiables including petty cash management
  • Receptionist duties
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Arranging couriers/taxis
  • Collection & distribution of post
  • Office consumable ordering and maintenance
  • Assisting in client and staff function coordination
  • Full management of the reception and meeting room areas
  • Scanning, copying, binding, providing beverages for clients, coordination of incoming and outgoing mail and other ad hoc duties
  • Coordination of all travel requirements
  • Coordination, attendance and reporting of management meetings & action registers
  • Collation and preparation of agendas and material required for meetings
  • Distribution of relevant documentation to managers
  Requirements:  
  • Relevant degree from recognized tertiary institution
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar industry
  • Accounts Payable and Receiveable experience an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated experience in creative problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with customers and colleagues
  • Must be a strong team player
