Our client, one of golf, restaurant, and exclusive residence in Bali, is seeking a full time employee to posses a position as: Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistant support as required.
- Responsible for correspondences, minutes of meeting, and arranging appointments.
- Perform data entry, document filling, and maintain database.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties related to marketing of premium and exclusive property products in Bali.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Candidate must posses a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Secretary from a reputable local or overseas university with min. GPA 3.00.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Secretary/Personal Assistant that appointed on property/real estate matters.
- Familiar with secretarial duties with good administration skill.
- Strong organizational skill, good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Based location in Jakarta, and willing for business travelling.
