Human Resources Department Manager (Mandarin Speaking) – PT Eagle Nice Indonesia


PT. Eagle Nice Grup or Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Limited (Chinese : 鹰美(国际)控股有限公司) is one of the largest apparel sportwear manufacturer in the world which was founded in 1993. As one of the largest apparel manufacturer, PT. Eagle Nice has been growing so fast, increased the connection with other stakeholders, developed and expanded the business to foreign countries. Beside established 3 factories in China, we have also established some factories in other countries such as Indonesia and Vietnam. PT. Job Descriptions:
Job Description: 1. Implement and develop HR strategies by managing the team to work as the      requirement and cooperate with all departments.  2. Implement and manage all procedures, complete and correct if finding any     deficiencies in procedures. 3. Support, monitor and develop the business by implementing the strategies and      systems need. 4. Handle and manage HR administration processes, recruitment, company      regulation, policies, SOP, insurance and employment issues. 5. Report all issues and provide the solution to resolve before make a decision to     the top management. 6. Monitor and develop employees working performance.  7. Make and conduct HR training and developing programs.   Job Requirement: 1. Educational background prefer bachelor or master of law, psychology or human     resources studies.  2. Having 5 years experiences of human resources department and experiences in     facing compliance audit. 3. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, and Indonesian language is mother tongue. 4. Having high quality skills and lots of experiences in handling employment issues     and industrial relationship. 5. Having a deep knowledge and strong understanding of local law and manpower      regulation. 6. Indonesian citizenship with age is not exceeding 35 years old.
