- Managing basic functions dealing with employess.
- Maintaining employee database (including BPJS and Work Contract).
- Overseeing payroll administration.
- Assigning parking spaces.
- Handling benefits enrollment and expense reimbursement.
- Handling contract terminations.
- Willing to be placed at our sister company Alfatrex (Logistic Express Business).
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Advanced in Ms. Office Excell is an advantage.
- Knowledge in BPJS and PKWT is a plus.
- Willing to listen to any complaint from employee regarding their BPJS, PKWT and others.
- Required Skill(s): communication, administration, Microsoft Office
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
