The anlysis of existing organizational problems and the development of plan for improvement and handle administrative management by our team if necessary.Many companies particularly small business owners find themselves spending long hours on keeping up to date with the administrative demands of their business. Administrative tasks are what keep their business moving and are the heart of the office. Hiring a full time staff is time consuming and costly. Therefore Actually Synergy is present bring the solution to solved our clients problem. We make lives easier for busy professionals by increasing their value. Actual synergy prides itself on being the “glue” between our client’s needs and the solution.

Job Descriptions:
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Good time management
  • Skills: communications, administrative, under pressure
Job descriptions:
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritising workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
