Job Descriptions:
QUALIFICATION

• Max. 30 years old
• Good looking
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Able to handle multiple task and meet deadlines
• Good communication skill
• Fast learning, open minded, cooperative, and pleasant personality
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent in computer knowledge (Microsoft)
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

  JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide administrative and clerical supports to Board of Director
• Schedule meeting and arrange conference rooms
• Prepare correspondence and mail
• Prepare and keep confidential documents
• Prepare minute of meeting
• Maintain hardcopy and electronic filling system
• Manage hotel, ticket, and itineraries
• Receive and relay telephones massages
• Handling visitor for Board of Director
• Process daily routine expenses and bill payment
