Job Descriptions:
REQUIREMENTS
  • 25-35 years old, must be currently located in Bali
  • Being able to communicate fluent English and Indonesian language is a priority
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor degree
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development or Psychology would be preferred (but is not a must)
  • Have at least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources Development in a supervisor level
  • Have good knowledge and experience in HR-processes such as recruitment, administrative works, compensation and benefits, human resources planning, industrial relations, training and development
  • Previous experience in General Affairs would be ideal (purchasing, office supplies, building maintenance, visas, legal business documents)
  • Have thorough knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and government regulations in relation to business conducts
  • Familiarity with payroll systems would be a benefit, especially candidates who can operate Andal PayMaster. Candidates who have no experience with payroll systems must have good learning abilities and be comfortable working with computer systems
  • Must have pleasant personality and great interpersonal skills
  • Have a good cultural sensitivity and adaptability
  • Can be fast-paced and able to handle pressure
  • Have good analytical thinking. Must be creative and able to solve problems
  • Honest, trustworthy and transparent
    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
  • Assess human resources needs of each department and propose a hiring plan to the management
  • Conduct interviews, salary negotiations and contract signings
  • Prepare seating, computers and emails for new hires
  • Conduct induction training and introductions of company policies
  • Arrange and assist needed trainings for employees
  • ATTENDANCE AND PAYROLL
  • Process attendance records with payroll system every month and coordinate accordingly with payroll officer
  • POLICY AND PROCEDURE
  • Socialize and enforce company rules and policies to employees
  • Provide administrative letters to employees
  • Conduct performance appraisal, mutations, terminations and promotions of employees
  • Assist employees with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan claims for work-related accidents
  • Conduct annual report (Wajib Lapor) to DISNAKER
  • Arrange travel allowances and donations
  • Assist with job hand-overs for resigning staff
  •  INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
  • Must be a good communicator and able to represent the interests of both employer and employees in an objective manner; and help establish a healthy relationship between the company and employees
  • GENERAL AFFAIRS
  • Provide general assistance to General Manager
  • Conduct negotiations and purchasing with suppliers
  • Supervise front office, security, maintenance and cleanliness of the building. Provide work schedules for GA division
  • Conduct building renovations, refurnishing and reselling when needed
  • Make necessary arrangements for work permits and KITAS
  • Renew legal documents for the company
  • Make travel arrangements for travelling employees (flights, accommodation, etc)
  • Allocate trainees to divisions
  • Help organize special events for employees
