- Monitor the implementation of the assessment of employees in the company on a regular basis
- Updating the organization chart regularly and evaluate employee performance and coaching for employees
- Responsible to fulfill employee based on department’s requirement
- Responsible to administration employees’s data, hire new employee, attendance, and others
- Manage all HR related documentation, letters, and files
- Handle and respond to employee’s issue
- Interact with employees to achieve improvement in work environment and performance
- Provide other HR support as relevant
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Max 30 years old
- Fast learner, proactive , energetic, and persistent
- Have a good knowledge of Labour Law that applied in Indonesia
- Strong in recruitment and Generalist HR matters
- Good interpersonal skill, negotiation, and problem solving skill
- Proven strong management and leadership skill
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
