- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Cross check daily attendance records of all employee concerning absence, sick and leave.
- Responsible for process payroll, including overtime calculation, meals, transport, incentive and THR.
- Responsible for process and payment BPJS Keternagakerjaan and Kesehatan
- Responsible for process report payroll and BPJS.
- Process confirmation letter, promotion, salary adjustment and any letter of employee.
- Set Up new employee necessities such as P-file and Employee contract
- Have knowledge and understand about Pph 21
- Responsible for office administraion
