Responsibilities: o Oversee Indonesian office money flow, ensuring all payment in time. collect all the recipt scan and report. o Assist Indonesian Sales Director doing financial reporting. o Assist Sales Director to maintain office needs such as procurements stationery, o Assist in HR such as : staff absence, annual leave, sick leave, Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English , preferable Mandarin
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): administrative ; detail oriented,
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
