General Responsibilities :
- Setup plan & strategy on recruitment to fulfill manpower qty required as targeted
- Setup, control and evaluate on Manpower Planning & Management to make sure quantity and quality of manpower run in an efficient way
- Evaluate Training Need Analysis (TNA) and make sure all employees are well trained and increase their productivity to support company goal
- Control and evaluate the existing HR – Social Compliance system to make sure all follow as per employement regulation and buyer’s requirements.
- S1 graduated majoring in Law/Psychology/Industrial Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 38 years of age
- Having solid experience around 10 years as HRD Manager in garment manufacturing environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines both work individually and as part of the team.
- Willing to work / relocated to Kabupaten Tegal – Central Java
- Can communicate in English is an advantage.
- Basic Salary + allowance and All covered insurance (Health insurance, Pension Insurance, Old Age Insurance, Death insurance and Work Injury insurance)
