- Conduct recruitmen & selection process in order to achieve recruitment fulfillment
- Establish standard operating procedures that is related to recruitment and selection process until induction training for new join.
- Giving advice to the line managers for choosing right candidate.
- Prepare a monthly report.
- Conduct training needs analysis and prepare annual training plan.
- Assist line managers for developing their subordinates.
- Create and involve in many corporate event to ensure condusive working environment.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- Maximum age 29 years old.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office, Presentation Skill
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
