General Responsibilities :
- All activity in HRD Division (Training, recruiting, people development)
- Set Up and prepare all the company form (HRD form)
- Manage benefit programs such as life BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenaga kerjaan, Leave and employee assistance.
- Manage employee relations, counselling, termination and diciplining the empoyees.
- Creating good culture and atmosphere in office to boost team happiness and productivity
- Processing employee payrolls
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English (is a must)
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge in legal compliance matters
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented
- Experience in leading a team and managing employee relations with a good interpersonal skill
- Understand HR and BPJS, and other rules in indonesia very well
